What is the HBF?
Great news! We have been awarded double 5* status by the Home Builders Federation. The HBF is the voice of the home building industry in England and Wales. HBF members range from household multinational names to smaller local businesses, and include suppliers and companies who provide professional services to the industry. Its members build around 80% of new homes each year, so you can be sure that the people who award this coveted accolade know what they're talking about.
What is the HBF Customer Satisfaction Survey?
The HBF commissions an annual customer satisfaction survey. The latest was the HBF's seventh national survey, which covered the period from October 2010 until September 2011 and collected results from over 23,000 homebuyers. It asked people to rate their builder for the quality of their homes and also asked whether they would recommend the company to a friend. The results revealed new heights of customer satisfaction, with over 90% of respondents saying they were satisfied with the overall quality of their new home, and over 90% also saying they would recommend their homebuilder to a friend.
