- We will keep you informed in relation to progression of the build of your new home.
- We will provide you with a 10 year warranty for your home from our approved warranty provider. The first 2 year period of this warranty will be provided by us. During this 2 year period, we will inspect and rectify any defects in your home caused by faulty components, materials or workmanship.
- As a responsible, caring developer, your Health, Safety and Welfare is our utmost priority. We will provide you with appropriate information and equipment to ensure your safety if visiting your new home during its construction and on taking ownership.
- We will make an appointment with you prior to purchase to carry out a detailed demonstration of the features of your new home.
- Upon purchase, we will provide you with all relevant information and instructions for your new home.
- We will provide a formal visit on your move in day by our site team to formally present your home to you.
- We will provide you with out of hours emergency contact details.
- Written complaints will be reviewed by a senior manager and will be responded to as soon as possible.
- An after-sales procedure is in place to ensure any issues which you may raise after completion are dealt with timeously.
- We comply with the standards of good practice, follow the procedures and provide you with all necessary information as detailed in the consumer code for home builders.
