Bett Homes is celebrating after winning a Gold Award for customer satisfaction following independent research released last month, which showed an outstanding 100% of its customers would recommend purchasing a new home from the housebuilder.
Carried out by In-house Research and Training, the survey showed that Bett Homes has achieved excellent results for customer service over the past 12 months.
Based in Sunderland, Bett Homes boasts a wide portfolio of housing developments, ranging from The Hawthorns in Ashington to Pottery Wharf in Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees. Prices range from £55,997 for a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom terrace home at Saxon Park in Peterlee, to £254,995 for a delightful four-bedroom detached family home with a garage at Nursery Gardens in Seaton Delaval.
One particularly happy Bett Homes customer is Kenny Ho, who purchased a stunning, four-bedroom detached property at the developer’s sought-after Warkworth Grange development in North Shields.
Kenny, a graphic designer, and his wife Ran decided to purchase their new home after helping a friend move into a property at the development. They were blown away by the impressive homes at Warkworth Grange and were delighted at the affordability of the available properties.
Kenny said: “We decided to upscale to a larger property when we found out we were expecting our first baby. We were really impressed with the build quality of the homes available at the development, so we decided to book an appointment to take a look around.

In-house Research and Training interviewed a selection of Bett Homes’ customers via telephone. As well as questions covering practicalities like cleanliness and readiness on move in day, they also asked customers about their feelings in relation to the home, how special they felt on move in day and what was the most memorable aspect of buying from Bett Homes.
