If you believe that faults found after this period are the responsibility of Bett, please write to the Customer Service Team with full details. We need this information in writing.
Ten year Home Warranty
Your new home is also covered under a ten year warranty that consists of an initial two year guarantee period for defective workmanship or materials. You then have a further eight year structural guarantee through the Warranty Provider. Your Warranty Provider issues a Guide Booklet for your new home. This Guide is highly informative and covers construction and maintenance aspects in great detail. You will receive a copy of this as part of your legal pack.
