Who to contact for a speedy solution

It is important to us that you are happy with your new home. If you do experience a problem, please contact us and we will aim to resolve this quickly and efficiently.

We have included a ‘Solutions’ section within the guide ‘About Living In Your Bett Home’ which you will receive once you move in, this will hopefully help solve smaller problems, and will inform you what to do in case of an emergency. If you still feel that there is an issue to be reported you should contact the Bett Customer Service Team. This should be by fax, post or email. These details will be in your handover document.
