Interior Design

The little touches make all the difference. Let's face it, you deserve this. After a consultation with our showhome interior designer, you can choose your individual requirements. Packages include soft furnishings and light fittings with the option of adding floor coverings.

Total Appliances

Kitchens are for living in - you’ll always be in the kitchen when it’s this well equipped. We can include a range of integrated appliances which will add the finishing touch to your new home.

Home Comforts

This is the ultimate in comfort - take your enjoyment of your new home to the limits! You may be able to choose from items such as a ‘Whirlpool 100’ bath, additional shower unit with tiling, downlighters, dimmer switch controls and fire and surround.

Amtico Flooring Package

Create the look you desire for your interior with our fantastic Amtico flooring package. Works of art you can walk on. Durable, warm and quiet underfoot.

Landscaped Garden (where applicable)

Let us take the strain of creating the garden of your dreams. In consultation with our landscape gardener, design and layout of your garden can be completed with items such as fencing, decking, ornamental planting and external tap and electrical socket. Additional options such as turfing the rear garden and additional fencing may be available.

Feature Wardrobes

Create a haven of peace and tranquillity with the designer touch. This option allows you to upgrade your wardrobe doors or add wardrobes as applicable.

Ceramic Tiling

Wall and flooring that will make you feel right at home. Options available may be:

Floor tiling to kitchen, utility/breakfast room, cloakroom, bathroom and master en suite (where applicable).
Additional wall tiling to cloakroom, bathroom and master en suite (where applicable).

Shower Option

Relaxing and reviving, showers that can do both. Optional shower packages:
In designated house types convert cupboard/space in bathroom to form fully tiled shower cubicle with 9w electric/thermostatic shower.
