When can you preview your new home?
As your Move In Day approaches, we will invite you to a Demonstration Visit.
As well as allowing you to ensure that your home is as you expected, this also acts as an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the working aspects of your new home.
Work may still be going on and some areas will be in need of attention – please don’t worry, this should be finalised by the time you move in.
Demonstration Visit
This will take place at a pre-arranged time with the Site Manager and Sales Advisor. This is an important visit for you and it will need your undivided attention for the completion of the necessary paperwork. You should allow 1-2 hours for this visit.
If you need to see inside your home before the Demonstration Visit (e.g. to measure for carpets, curtains, blinds etc), please ask your Sales Advisor to arrange this in advance as keys are not always held in the Sales Office.
Please be aware that we take your Health and Safety very seriously and as such there are strict precautions that must be taken when visiting a development under construction, these are well signposted and your Sales Advisor will explain these precautions to you before undertaking a site visit outwith the sales area.
