What else do you need to know?
We are sure you have plenty of questions about your new home. Your Sales Advisor will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Some of the more common questions we receive are:
Who chooses the street names?
The local council choose every street name in their council area. Bett have no influence over the actual name*.
Who puts street signs up?
Although the local council chooses the street name in most areas, Bett is then responsible for ordering a street sign and placing it at the location specified by the council*.

Who collects refuse?
Again, this is carried out by the local council on an allocated day. Your Sales Advisor will be able to tell you on Move In Day when refuse is collected and also about the provision of refuse bins.
Can workmen have access before Move In Day?
Only carpet fitters may be allowed access prior to Move In Day. This is entirely at the discretion of the Site Manager. Please ask your Sales Advisor to investigate this. Please note that if this is agreed, you will have to sign a disclaimer regarding any possible damage.
