Exchanging contracts - what is required of you?

Your solicitor will get the contract, they will discuss the terms of this with you, ask you to sign it, and then forward it to the ‘Bett’ appointed solicitor. Once we check and sign it, contracts are exchanged. We will now both be in a legally binding contract!
